Potato Salad

Light potato salad with yogurt and mayonnaise
Ingredients
Potato: Boil and mash, add salt and pepper and some vinegar while hot
Cucumbers: Slice and sprinkle salt and leave. Squeeze.
Apples: Cut into small pieces and soak in salt water for a while
Green peas: boil and cool
Eggs; Hard boil and chop into pieces (Leave one yolk for mimosa topping later)
Onions: Chop in small pieces, soak in vinegar for a while and drain
Plain yogurt and Mayonnaise (about half and half)
Salt & pepper
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, and cool in the refrigerator.
Press the boiled yolk onto the tea strainer to make sprinkles as decoration on top (Mimosa)
Note
Alternatives: carrot, mix vegetables, corn, can of tuna, fish sausage, ham, mustard, lemon juice...
