Soy-Glazed Portabello Mushroom
Ingredients:
2-3 Porabello mushrooms
Olive oil
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Wash, tap dry the portabello mushroom
Slice the portabello mushroom into about 1/2 thickness
Heat olive oil in a pan
Sautee the portabello until soft
Add soy sauce and vinegar over the portabella (adjust the amount of soysauce and vineger to your taste)
Sautee in high heat until the juice thickens
