Using egg yolk


The name comes from yellow fluffy mimosa flower


Ingredients

  • egg


Directions

  1. Make hard boiled egg and take out the yolk

  2. Using a tea strainer or something, press the yolk against the grid to make powdery yolk


Note

  • Topping for potato salad, deviled egg, etc.
