Kale and white bean soup

Ingredients:

  • Kale

  • White beans (Any bean is OK, but white bean goes well.)

  • Any vegetables (onion, carrot, potato, celery, ginger, etc.)

  • salt, pepper, bay leaf, white wine, consomme or other soup stock


Directions:

  1. If using the dry beams, soak overnight in plenty of water.

  2. Drain the beans and boil until soft.

  3. Boil all other ingredients and add the cooked bean.

  4. Adjust the flavor to your taste.
