Kale chips

Ingredients:

  • Kale

  • Salt, pepper, herb salt, etc..

  • Olive oil or sesame oil (optional)


Directions:

  1. Wash and wipe dry kale

  2. Cut into your desired size

  3. Preheat the oven at 300F (about 150C)

  4. Mix kale with salt and oil, and lay flat on the oven tray

  5. Bake for 10 minutes or longer (check crispy but not burnt)


Note:

  • Very good to consume a large amout of kale.

  • It is better to consume on the same day. They become mushy quickly.
