Wrap your favorites
Ingredients
Dry rice paper (sold at an Asian grocery)
Vegetables (carrot, avocado, coriander, lettuce, purple cabbage, bean sprout, cucumber, etc.)
Seafood or meat (shrimp, imitation crab, smoked salmon, stripped beef or chicken, etc.)
Sauce (sweet chili sauce, ponzu, mustard & soy sauce, sesame dressing, etc.)
Other (thin sliced paprika, green pepper, onion, harusame rice noodle, etc.)
Directions
Cut the vegetables, sea food and meat into thin strips
Prepare a large (wide) pan or dish and fill in room temperature water (individually, if possible)
Soak a rice paper into the water for 5 -10 seconds and take it out on the individual plate
Add your favorite ingredients and roll it tight
Dip in your favorite sauce
Notes
Take out the rice paper while it is still somewhat hard (Will get soft when you wrap the ingredients)
