Healthy snack

Ingredients:

  • Apples (wash well)


Directions:

  1. Slice thin.

  2. Lay flat on the tray and air dry for several days, OR leave in the dehydrator for about 10 hours.

Note:

Choose no/low pesticide to include skin. Seeds are also very nutritious.
