Stuffed Pumpkin

Using a whole kabocha
Ingredients:
A whole kabocha
Ground meat
Other vegetables (onion, carrot, green peas, etc.)
Cheese for topping
Directions:
Cut off the lid of the pumpkin and scoop out the inside. Bake for a while in the oven (to cook halfway).
In a pan, stir-fry minced meat with your favorite vegetables (carrots, onions, green peas, etc.), season with salt, pepper, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, etc., and stuff into the pumpkin.
Bake in the oven again.
Sprinkle cheese on the topping and bake it to melt.
