Stuffed Mushroom

Using mushroom, shiitake, etc..


Ingredients

  • Mushroom, Shiitake ,etc..

  • Ground meat

  • Green onion, ginger

  • Salt & pepper

  • Flour


Directions

  1. Remove the mushroom stem, wash well and wipe dry

  2. Mix meat and finely chopped ingredients of your choice (onion, green onion, ginger, etc.), salt & pepper

  3. Put some flour inside the mushrooms (as starch between mixture and mushroom)

  4. Grill in the oven, or sautee in a pan (both sides)
