Spaghetti Squash vinegar sald




Ingredients:

  • Spqthetti Squash (based on 1 pound)

  • Vinegar 6 tsp

  • Sugar 3 tsp

  • Salt 3/4 tbsp

  • Sesame seeds


Directions:

  1. Cut the whole squash into several thick rings (about 5cm) with skin on

  2. Remove the seeds and tissues

  3. Boil water, add salt and cook the squash until it is soft (check it by poking a fork or chopstick)

  4. Drain and rinse with cold water (cool down by soaking in water)

  5. Scrape inside and remove the skin

  6. Lightly squeese the thin strips of squash

  7. Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame (optional) and add the squash (taste and adjust)

  8. Mix well, serve cold
