Vegetables with mashed tofu


Ingredients

  • Tofu 1

  • Vegetables (spinach, shungiku, boccoli, green bean, hijiki seaweed, etc.)

  • Soy sauce 1 tbsp

  • Crushed sesame 1 tbsp

  • Sugar (or Mirin) some

  • Optional: Dashi powder, Miso, Sesame oil, Walnuts, etc.


Direction

  1. Blanch the vegetables and chop in small pieces

  2. Tap tofu with paper towel to remove water, and smash with a fork (or traditionally use suribachi as below)

  3. Make a sauce and mix all

  4. Cool and serve
