Natto (Homemade with yogurt maker)

Ingredients
dry soy bean 200g
rice straw 2,3 strips
yogurt maker
Directions
Soak the dry soy beans overnight with plenty of water
Darin (and throw away the soaking water)
Boil with low heat until the beans get soft and you can smash with fingers
In the boiling water, sanitize the straw for 10 minutes
Cut the straw into 1-2 inches
In the yogurt maker, put the soy bean and stray in layers.
Start the machine (ine is 45C for 18 hours).
Note
Natto bacteria can survive high heat (up to 120C).
