Dried strips of Yuugao (melon family)

Serve as is or use in sushi, mix with rice or Kombu roll
Product of Tochigi prefecture
Ingredients:
- Kanpyo (dry) about 40g 
- Salt 
- Water 200 cc 
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp 
- Mirin 4 tbsp 
- Sugar 2 tbsp 
Directions;
- Soak kanpyo in water for a few minutes 
- Drain, squeeze lightly, then prinkle salt and rub it 
- Rinse lightly, and put in a boiling water for 10 minutes 
- Drain and squeeze lightlyl 
- In a pot, boil water, soy sauce, mirin, sugar 
- Add kanpyo to simmer
