Dried sweet potato - chewy and flavorful


Ingredients

  • Sweet potato


Directions

  1. Boil till the center is soft, and peel the skin

  2. Cut in thick slices

  3. Dry using a food dryer (Or bake in an oven at 100C, 1 hour for each side)
