Blanched vegetables with sesame flavor
Ingredients
vegetables of your choice (spinach, asparagus, carrots, broccoli, green bean, etc..)
Sesame seeds (toasted) 2 tbsp
Sugar (or Mirin) 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
optional crushed sesame, vinegar, sake, sesame oil, etc.
Directions
Boil the water
Blanch vegetable (boil briefly so they stay crunchy and fresh)
Drain and rinse with cold water, and squeeze or tap with paper towel
Mix and add the remaining ingredients
