Easy appetizer
Ingredients
Fresh edamame
Salt
Directions
Remove the stem and wash edamame with shells on
In a bowl, sprinkle plenty of salt over edamame and rub it in
In a pot, put 1L of water and 1 tsp of salt and bring to a boil
Add edamame with salt on and boil for 4 minutes
Drain, sprinkle salt (optional) and let it cool
