Edamame

Easy appetizer



Ingredients

  • Fresh edamame

  • Salt


Directions

  1. Remove the stem and wash edamame with shells on

  2. In a bowl, sprinkle plenty of salt over edamame and rub it in

  3. In a pot, put 1L of water and 1 tsp of salt and bring to a boil

  4. Add edamame with salt on and boil for 4 minutes

  5. Drain, sprinkle salt (optional) and let it cool
