Daikon Mochi


With green onion, shrimp, sesame


With Nira


Ingredients

  • Daikon 100g

  • Inside ingredients (green onion, nira, cooked shrimp, sesame, shiitake, etc..)

  • Flour (as starch) 1tsp

  • Dashi powder

  • Salt & pepper

  • Ponzu or any sauce

  • sesame oil (optional)


Directions

  1. Cut daikon into thin sticks or grind with food processor

  2. Cut other inside ingredients into small pieces

  3. Mix with flour, some dashi powder, salt & pepper

  4. In a frying pan, sautee both sides slowly (sesame oil is good)

  5. Serve with ponzu or any sauce of your choice
