Daikon Mochi
With green onion, shrimp, sesame
With Nira
Ingredients
Daikon 100g
Inside ingredients (green onion, nira, cooked shrimp, sesame, shiitake, etc..)
Flour (as starch) 1tsp
Dashi powder
Salt & pepper
Ponzu or any sauce
sesame oil (optional)
Directions
Cut daikon into thin sticks or grind with food processor
Cut other inside ingredients into small pieces
Mix with flour, some dashi powder, salt & pepper
In a frying pan, sautee both sides slowly (sesame oil is good)
Serve with ponzu or any sauce of your choice
