Ingredients

  • Bamboo shoot (boiled and prepared). How to prepare bamboo shoot CLICK

  • Soy sauce, Dashi powder, Mirin, Sake


Direction

  1. Cut bamboo shoots in desirable size.

  2. In a pan, mix and heat water, soy sauce, dashi powder, mirin & sake (oprtional) .

  3. Add bamboo shoots to your preferred hardness.
