Beet Greens Namul
Ingredients:
Beet leaf/stem a few bunches
Salt or shio koji, soy sauce, sesame oil 1tsp each or adjust to your taste
Directions:
Clean the beet leaf/stem
Cut into one inch length
Boil water and cook the leaf briefly
Drain, squeeze lightly
Add salt or shio koji, say sauce, sesame oil and mix well
