Beet Greens Namul


Ingredients:

  • Beet leaf/stem a few bunches

  • Salt or shio koji, soy sauce, sesame oil 1tsp each or adjust to your taste



Directions:

  1. Clean the beet leaf/stem

  2. Cut into one inch length

  3. Boil water and cook the leaf briefly

  4. Drain, squeeze lightly

  5. Add salt or shio koji, say sauce, sesame oil and mix well
