Earthy flavor and aroma with an impressive nutrition profile


Using beets from Legacy Farm


Variations (remove skin):

  • Raw, sliced

  • Simply boil in some water

  • Add in soup (see Borscht)

  • Cut and roast (or roast in a foil), glaze with vinegar and soy sauce

  • Stems and leaves are edible (cook in the same manner as spinach)
