Tofu Chocolate Truffle

No butter, no cream

Cocoa, Green tea, Soy powder




Ingredients

  • Chocolate 150g

  • Silken Tofu 150g

  • Joshinko (上新粉)flour (or Shiratamako, skim milk) 20g. (2 tbsp +)

  • Coating (cocoa powder, green tea powder, soy bean powder, etc..)


Directions

  1. Cut chocolate into small pieces and melt

  2. Mix tofu and joshinko (blender or food processor preferred), and add the melted chocolate

  3. Put 2 in a pot, and heat up slowly stirring with a spatula (do not boil)

  4. Cool down and refrigerate for about 2 hours, and shape into small balls

  5. Roll over the coating flour
