Tamago Maki

Rolled Omelette



Ingredients

  • Egg 3

  • Salt or Shio Koji or Mentsuyu

  • Dashi powder

  • Water 50cc. (or Dashi water)


Directions

  1. Beat eggs

  2. Add water and other condiments and mix

  3. In a frying pan, pour the egg mixture in three parts and roll (roll the first layer, pour the 2nd batch and roll back, pour the 3rd batch and roll back again)

  4. Slice to serve


Note

  • Using a rectangular frying pan may help, but a regular small pan can be used

  • Can add something in the mixture (Nira in the picture)
