Miki san's homemade Nanban Miso


Ingredients

  • Preferred vegetables (mizuna, spinach, lettuch, bean sprout, carrot, mushroom, etc.)

  • sesame

  • sesame oil

  • Shio-koji, pepper, etc..

  • (For bibimbap) egg, mushroom, and kimchi, ground meat, etc


Directions

  1. Cut vegetables thin

  2. Boil vegetabes briefly

  3. Drain and cool down

  4. Add seame oil, shio koji, pepper, sesame and mix (namul is complete)

  5. For bibimbap, add namul, sauteed mushroom, kimchi, cooked ground meat, fried egg , hot sauce, miso, etc. on top of rice


Note

  • Nanban Miso (spicy) made by Miki san. Mix Nanban Miso with a little hot water and pour over bibimbap
