Shepherd's Pie

Easy recipe with mashed potato and ground meet

Ingredients

• Potato

• Vegetable (onion, carrot, green pea, etc.)

• Milk, butter, salt & pepper

Directions

1. Boil and mash the potatoes, and flavor with salt & pepper, milk, butter

2. Sautee chopped onion, carrot, add peas and add ground meat and cook more

3. In an oven proof dish, lay the meat mixture covered with mashed potato

4. Broil the surface in an oven

• Add curry powder in the meat mixture for Indian flavor

• Add mirin and dashi in the meat mixture for Japanese flavor

• Add olive oil, wine, tomato sauce in meat mixture for Italian flavor
