Bon Bon Chicken




  • Chicken breast (steamed or boiled with sake, ginger and onion or green onion)

  • Cucumber

  • Tomato

  • Sesame dressing (or ponzu, or your favorite sauce)


Directions

  1. Prepare chicken

Boil with water, some sake, ginger, onion or green onion, salt)

Skim off the foam (scum) from the surface as you boil

Let it cool and take out the chicken (the broth can be used as chicken soup)

Peel and break up the meat into pieces by hands

2. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes on the side


Note

  • Can be served as a side dish or used as toppings of cold noodle
