Satoimo Chocolate Truffle

Healthy and rich texture with satoimo



Cocoa powder, Matcha powder, Edible gold


Ingredients

  • Satoimo 200g

  • Chocolate 50g (Milk chocolate maybe better. Dark chocolate needs to be added sugar or honey.)

  • Cocoa powder

  • Matcha powder (optional)


Directions

  1. Melt chocolate

  2. Boil water and cook satoimo (with skin on, then peel later)

  3. Mash satoimo and mix with chocolate while hot

  4. Spread cocoa powder or matcha powder on a plate

  5. Shape 3 into rolls and roll over the powder of 4

  6. Cool and serve
