Saffron Flavor Salmon

Persian way of cooking fish with saffron
Ingredients
Fish (salmon, cod, etc..)
Saffron juice (grind 1/2 tsp of saffron and add 2 tbsp of hot water)
Oil 1 tbsp (for mixture)
Salt some
Directions
Cut fish into large pieces and dry with paper towel
Mix saffron juice, oil, salt and soak the fish overnight
In a pan, put plenty of oil and heat up, then fry the fish so that the surface be crispy
Note
Saffron and oil will remove the odor of the fish
