Saffron Flavor Salmon

Persian way of cooking fish with saffron




Ingredients

  • Fish (salmon, cod, etc..)

  • Saffron juice (grind 1/2 tsp of saffron and add 2 tbsp of hot water)

  • Oil 1 tbsp (for mixture)

  • Salt some


Directions

  1. Cut fish into large pieces and dry with paper towel

  2. Mix saffron juice, oil, salt and soak the fish overnight

  3. In a pan, put plenty of oil and heat up, then fry the fish so that the surface be crispy
