Mushroom Sauce

Mushrooms in light white sauce



Ingredients

  • Mushroom (mushroom, enoki, shiitake, maitake, shimeji, etc... )

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • White wine

  • Olive oil or butter

  • Salt & pepper

  • Milk

  • Flour (or potato starch)


Directions

  1. Chop onion and garlic fine, and sautee in olive oil (or butter)

  2. Add mushrooms and white wine and sautee more

  3. Adjust with salt & pepper

  4. For white sauce, add milk into above mixture

  5. Add flour (or starch) to thicken


Note

  • Use as sauce on chicken, pasta or rice
