Mushroom Sauce
Mushrooms in light white sauce
Ingredients
Mushroom (mushroom, enoki, shiitake, maitake, shimeji, etc... )
Onion
Garlic
White wine
Olive oil or butter
Salt & pepper
Milk
Flour (or potato starch)
Directions
Chop onion and garlic fine, and sautee in olive oil (or butter)
Add mushrooms and white wine and sautee more
Adjust with salt & pepper
For white sauce, add milk into above mixture
Add flour (or starch) to thicken
Note
Use as sauce on chicken, pasta or rice
