Meat Balls
Italian flavor with herbs
Ingredients
Ground meat 450g (1lbd)
Bread crumb 200 cc (1 Japanese cup)
Milk some
Salt & pepper
Onion 1
Herbs (oregano, parsley... fresh or dry)
Egg 1
Directions
Soak the bread crumb in milk to soften
Chop onion and herbs
Mix all the ingredients
Shape into rolls and cook in a frying pan
Note
For meat ball pasta sauce, you can sautee the surface of the meat balls in a frying pan, then put into pasta sauce to simmer
