Meat Balls

Italian flavor with herbs



Ingredients

  • Ground meat 450g (1lbd)

  • Bread crumb 200 cc (1 Japanese cup)

  • Milk some

  • Salt & pepper

  • Onion 1

  • Herbs (oregano, parsley... fresh or dry)

  • Egg 1


Directions

  1. Soak the bread crumb in milk to soften

  2. Chop onion and herbs

  3. Mix all the ingredients

  4. Shape into rolls and cook in a frying pan


Note

  • For meat ball pasta sauce, you can sautee the surface of the meat balls in a frying pan, then put into pasta sauce to simmer
