Macaroni Gratin

Light white sauce
Ingredients (4 small dishes)
Macaroni 100g (cooked)
Items to put in (onion, mushroom, broccoli, shrimp, chicken, etc....)
Milk of your pick (milk, almond milk, soy milk, etc...) 500cc
Flour 6 tbsp
White wine optional
Bay leaf 1 optional
consome or soup stock optional
Heavy cream 1-2 tbsp (only if you want to make it richer)
Cheese
Bread crumb, parsley
Directions
Chop the items to put in and sautee with olive oil or butter in a pan
Sprinkle the flour and continue to sautee
Set to low heat, and add the heated milk slowly into the pan, stirring occasionally
Add a bay leaf, salt, pepper, consome, white wine, heavy cream
Adjust the amount of flour and milk to your desirable thickness
In an oven proof dish, lay the cooked macaroni and pour the white sauce
Topping with cheese (parmesan), parsley and bread crumb
Broil the top briefly
Note: Plain gratin without macaroni. Doria if replace macaroni with rice.
