Soba Tsuyu
Soup (hot) and Dipping (cold)
Sobachoko, Natto Tororo Soba
Soup (for warm Kake soba, 1 serving )
Mix all;
Water 300cc
Mirin 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dashi powder 1 tsp
Dipping (for cold Tsukemen, 2 servings )
Mix all, boil and let it cool;
Water 100 cc (can be adjusted later)
Sake (optional, some)
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp (or Mirin)
Dashi powder some
Katsuobushi (bonito flakes), dry shiitake, kombu seaweed, etc.. (optional)
