Chapchae Salad
Ingredients
Harusame noodle 100g
Vegetables (onion, carrot, cucumber, shiitake mushroom, etc.)
Beef (thin strip, optional)
Salt & pepper
Soy sauce 4 tbsp
Sugar (or mirin) 2 tbsp
Sesame oil 2 tsp
Directions
Cut vegetables (and beef) thin and sautee with sesame oil, add salt & pepper
Put harusame to boiling water, cook (instructed as in the package), and drain
Mix soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil to make sauce
Mix vegetables (and beef) and harusame noodle and pour sauce
