Chapchae Salad


Ingredients

  • Harusame noodle 100g

  • Vegetables (onion, carrot, cucumber, shiitake mushroom, etc.)

  • Beef (thin strip, optional)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Soy sauce 4 tbsp

  • Sugar (or mirin) 2 tbsp

  • Sesame oil 2 tsp


Directions

  • Cut vegetables (and beef) thin and sautee with sesame oil, add salt & pepper

  • Put harusame to boiling water, cook (instructed as in the package), and drain

  • Mix soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil to make sauce

  • Mix vegetables (and beef) and harusame noodle and pour sauce
