Lentil Soup



Ingredients

  • Lentil

  • Carrot

  • Onion

  • Bay leaf 1

  • Ham (optional)

  • White wine (optional)

  • Bouillon or consomme cube

  • Salt & pepper


Directions

  1. Soak lentil for a few hours and up and drain

  2. Small dice onion, carrot, ham

  3. Sautee onion first, then add, carrot, ham and lentil

  4. Add bay leaf, water and simmer

  5. Adjust the flavor with white wine, salt & pepper, bouillon (soup stock, consomme, etc) and simmer more
