Inarizushi

Sushi rice in flavored age (bean curd)


Plain and Gomoku


Ingredients

  • Sushi rice (sushinoko powder, or vinegar, sugar, salt) 3 cup before cooking

  • Inside (kanpyo, carrot, shiitake, lotus, sesame, etc)

  • Age (bean curd)


Directions

  1. For sushi rice, mix cooked rice with vinegar 4 tbsp: sugar 3tbsp : salt 1 tbsp (or simply mix with sushinoko powder)

  2. For inside ingredients, cook in dashi, soy sauce, mirin, sake, etc. and mix with sushi rice

  3. Pour hot water over age to remove excess oil and squeeze lightly

  4. Make into small rice ball and put into a piece of age
