Hijiki Meatball

Using tender hijiki seaweed from my hometown



Ingredients

  • Ground meat

  • Hijiki seaweed (soaked and drained)

  • Chopped vegetables of your choice (carrot, onion, spring onion, etc..)

  • Ginger, Salt & Pepper, Sake, Flour

Directions

  1. Mix all

  2. Shape any shape

  3. Sautee in a frying pan
