Chinese flavor glass noodle
Ingredients
Harusame noodle 200g
Vegetables (cucumber, paprica, carrot,
Cold cut, Imitation crab (optional)
Egg (kinshi tamago = shredded paper thin egg crape, optional)
Vinegar 8 tsp
Soy sauce 4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Sesame oil and sesame. some
Directions
Cook harusame noodle in a boiled water for a few minutes until soft (see package)
Drain, wash in cold water and drain
Cut the other ingredients thin
Mix all and add flavor with vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil and sesame
