Daifuku Mochi

Typical Japanese sweets with mochi texture and red bean paste.
Topping with pickled cherry blossom petal from my garden
Strawberry in center - Ichigo Daifuku
Ingredients
Mochi flour 1 cup (240cc)
Sugar 1/2 cup (120 cc)
Water 1 cup (240 cc)
Red bean paste
Directions
Mix all the ingredients except red bean paste.
Steam or microwave for a few minutes.
Take out on the sprinkled surface.
Wrap the bean and shape quickly.
