Daifuku Mochi

Typical Japanese sweets with mochi texture and red bean paste.


Topping with pickled cherry blossom petal from my garden





Strawberry in center - Ichigo Daifuku


Ingredients

  • Mochi flour 1 cup (240cc)

  • Sugar 1/2 cup (120 cc)

  • Water 1 cup (240 cc)

  • Red bean paste


Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except red bean paste.

  2. Steam or microwave for a few minutes.

  3. Take out on the sprinkled surface.

  4. Wrap the bean and shape quickly.
