Cream Cheese and Cranberry Pound Cake

Moist with cream cheese




Ingredients

  • Butter 1 stick (110g)

  • Cream cheese 1 box (226g)

  • Egg 3

  • Sugar 1 cup (JPN 200cc)

  • Flour 1.5 cup (JPN 300cc)

  • Baking Powder 1tsp

  • Cranberry 1 cup (or more, fresh is better)

  • Orange peel (optional)


Directions

  1. Mix room temperatured butter and cream cheese

  2. Add sugar

  3. Add room temepratured beaten egg slowly

  4. Combine flour and baking powder, and mix roughly with above (add orange peel)

  5. Preheat oven 350F and bake for about 1 hour

  6. Better if cooled in a refrigerator


Note

  • Good for Thanksgiving
