Chocolate Cake



Ingredients (using US cup = 240cc)


Powders:

  • Flour 1 2/3 cup (400 cc)

  • Sugar 1 cup (240 cc)

  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup (60cc)

  • Baking Soda. 1 tsp

  • Salt. 1/2 tsp


Liquid:

  • Water 1 cup (240 cc)

  • Oil 1/3 cup (80 cc)

  • Vinegar 1 tsp


Directions

  1. Mix all the powders, then add all the liquid

  2. Add dry fruits, nuts, chocolate chip, and brandy (optional)

  3. Preheat the oven 350F and bake about 30 minutes

  4. Cool and serve
