Cardamon Cake

Easy Middle Eastern flavor cake with cardamon and rose water
Ingredients (One large pyrex)
Almond powder 480 cc (US 2 cups)
Flour 480cc (US 2 cups)
Sugar 240cc (US 1 cup)
Oil. 240cc (US 1 cup)
Yogurt 240cc (US 1 cup)
Egg 2
Cardamon powder 1 tbsp
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt some
Syrup
Sugar 120 cc (US 1/2 cup)
Water 120 cc (US 1/2 cup)
Rosewater 3 tbsp
Cardamon powder 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat the oven 180C (350F)
Mix all the ingredients and bake for 40 minutes
Heat the syrup ingredients in a pan
Brush the syrup all over the baked dough
Cover with a wrap and leave for several hours or overnight
Decorate with edible rose petals and pistachios, if any
