Blueberry Kanten Jelly

Blue berries from our garden at the end of June
Ingredients
Blueberries
Kanten powder 1 bag (4g) *
Sugar 4tsp (adjust per your taste)
Directions
Wash blueberries and wipe dry
Mix water (400ml) and kanten powder well in a small pot
Heat up, and add sugar just before boiling and mix
Remove from heat and let it cool down
Before it is hardened, pour into a container and sprinkle blueberries
When it is cool and hard, put in the refrigerator
Cut and serve
Note
*Japanese Kanten powder is similar to agar and gelatin and is made from edible seaweed. It's the ideal ingredient for vegans to make gelatin-type desserts and confectionaries.
