Apple Walnuts Cake

Popular during apple season Easy recipe using a cup
Ingredients
Apple 2 large (or 4 small)
Flour 600cc (measure in cup)
Sugar 120 cc
Oil 160cc
Egg 2
Cinnamon 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Walnuts 160cc
Raisin (optional)
Directions
Thin slice the apples in quarter rounds (called Icho-giri*, ginkgo cut)
Mix all the ingredients
Preheat oven 175C (350F) and bake for about 50 minutes (Cover with a foil if necessary)
Note
Add any nuts of your choice
Try to bury the raisin inside the dough to prevent burning
