Kuku
Persian egg dish
Ingredients
Herbs one bunch each of dill, parsley, Italian parsley, coriander, green onion, etc...
Egg 4
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt & pepper
Directions
Wash the herbs and wipe dry
Chop the herbs (food processor can be used)
Beat the eggs and add salt & pepper, turmeric
Mix 2 and 3 well
Heat plenty of oil in a pan, and pour the mixture, and bake both sides (Or can be baked in an oven)
Note
Kuku is one of the typical Persian dishes using eggs. Herbs can be replaced with cooked and and mashed eggplants, potatoes, cauliflowers, white fish....
