Kuku

Persian egg dish



Ingredients

  • Herbs one bunch each of dill, parsley, Italian parsley, coriander, green onion, etc...

  • Egg 4

  • Turmeric 1 tsp

  • Salt & pepper


Directions

  1. Wash the herbs and wipe dry

  2. Chop the herbs (food processor can be used)

  3. Beat the eggs and add salt & pepper, turmeric

  4. Mix 2 and 3 well

  5. Heat plenty of oil in a pan, and pour the mixture, and bake both sides (Or can be baked in an oven)


Note

  • Kuku is one of the typical Persian dishes using eggs. Herbs can be replaced with cooked and and mashed eggplants, potatoes, cauliflowers, white fish....
