Yuca (Yucca, Cassava)



Ingredients

  • Yuca

  • Olive oil

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Salt


Directions

  1. Remove the skin of yuca (very hard) and cut in desirable size

  2. Boil in some water and salt until the center is tender

  3. In a pan, put plenty of olive oil and fry sliced garlic and onion on low heat until golden brown

  4. Pour garlic/onion over boiled yuca
