Yuca (Yucca, Cassava)

Yuca
Olive oil
Onion
Garlic
Salt
Directions
Remove the skin of yuca (very hard) and cut in desirable size
Boil in some water and salt until the center is tender
In a pan, put plenty of olive oil and fry sliced garlic and onion on low heat until golden brown
Pour garlic/onion over boiled yuca
