Ingredients
Kabocha
Dashi soup (Mentsuyu or dashi powder, mirin, sake, soy sauce)
Directions
Remove the seeds and cut kabocha into a bite size
*Mentori, if desired
Heat up the pan and sautee kabocha briefly
Add dashi soup and simmer on low heat with a cover on
Note
