Mildly spicy


Yakibitashi (sautee and soak) in vinegar


Directions

  1. Sautee shishito in.a frying pan

  2. Whiel hot, soak in mixture of vinegar and mentsuyu (or comination of dashi, soy sauce and mirin) for a while


Tempura

  • Coat in light flour, and deep fry briefly
