Nameshi

Rice with chopped leaves (daikon, turnip, komatsuna, etc...)


Ingredients:

  • Leaves of daikon (or turnip, komatsuna, etc...)

  • Soy sauce, shio kombu, sesame (optional)


Directions:

  1. Cook the leaves in a boiling water briefly

  2. Drain and wash the cooked leaves in cold water, and squeeze lightly

  3. Chop into small pieces

  4. Mix with shio kombu, sesame seeds, soy sauce, etc... (optional)

  5. Mix with rice
