Ingredients

  • Negi bouzu

  • Olive oil

  • Salt & pepper


Directions

  • Cut negi bouzu into half, and sautee briefly with oil, add salt & pepper


Notes

  • Negi bouzu has some bitter taste like other early spring vegetables

  • It is wasteful not to use this part of the onion with exotic bold flavor

  • Also good as Tempura
