Using spice mix from a Lebanese grocery



Ingredients

  • Spice mix (combined thyme, sumac, sea salt, sesame...)

  • Olive oil

  • Bread (pita, flat bread or anything else)


Directions

  1. Mix spice mix with olive oil

  2. Spread on bread and toast in an oven
