Using spice mix from a Lebanese grocery
Ingredients
Spice mix (combined thyme, sumac, sea salt, sesame...)
Olive oil
Bread (pita, flat bread or anything else)
Directions
Mix spice mix with olive oil
Spread on bread and toast in an oven
