Ingredients

  • Kabocha

  • Mayonnaise

  • Ground sesame

  • Salt & pepper

  • Raisin (optional)


Directions

  1. Cut kabocha into pieces and boil till tender

  2. Drain the water and mash while hot

  3. Add salt & pepper, ground sesame, mayonnaise, mayonnaise, and raisin (optional)
